性能用途：
在高硫酸根與高鈣污水用MVR或多效蒸發(fā)器蒸發(fā)過(guò)程中，極易在設(shè)備表面生成硫酸鈣硬垢，造成換熱效率、蒸發(fā)量快速下降，造成設(shè)備短時(shí)間就需要停機(jī)清洗。硫酸鈣垢堅(jiān)硬，致密，難以清洗，高壓水打垢費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力，且極易損傷設(shè)備。SGR-1108是針對(duì)蒸發(fā)器硫酸鈣結(jié)垢問(wèn)題的專用藥劑,該藥劑能有效的減少高硫酸根、高鈣廢水在蒸發(fā)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的硫酸鈣、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂等結(jié)垢，對(duì)硫酸鈣阻垢率>90%。
藥劑通過(guò)螯合增容、晶格修辭等作用，達(dá)到阻垢作用，分散劑還會(huì)與蒸發(fā)器表面所結(jié)污垢發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)，使之不易在蒸發(fā)器表面沉淀附著，剝離老垢。保證了蒸發(fā)器表面清潔，提高熱傳導(dǎo)速度，延長(zhǎng)蒸發(fā)設(shè)備使用壽命和清洗周期。
使用方法：將SGR-1108專用阻垢分散劑在加藥罐中稀釋后通過(guò)計(jì)量泵，按計(jì)量隨廢水一起加入蒸發(fā)設(shè)備中，也可直接加入原液。一般用量為80～120ppm，根據(jù)水質(zhì)情況確定具體用量。藥劑使用之前應(yīng)將加藥箱和管線置換沖洗干凈，避免影響使用效果。
包裝貯運(yùn)：用25kg、200 kg、1000kg塑料桶包裝，存放于陰涼干燥處，貯存期十二個(gè)月，搬運(yùn)時(shí)小心輕放，防止撞擊。
